Hello,
I tried the LaTeX example from the Lilypond manual and ran it with MikTeX on
Windows XP.
Unfortunately LaTeX doesn't know lilypond at all.
! LaTeX Error: Environment lilypond undefined.
See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.
Type H <return> for immediate help.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
