Sidenote: if we ever do get to the point of making a feature request for
tweaking the appearance of stafflines independently, I'd like to throw in
the request to allow for dashed and dotted stafflines, too. Certainly not a
hard requirement, but I could definitely see the use in some special staves
I've had in recent pieces to show things like bowing patterns and special
types of breath in the flute ...
