What version of LilyPond are you using? I'm using 2.11.50, and I have
no accidentals, just the key signatures.
If you are using an older version that includes accidentals, you could
eliminate them with
\new Staff \with {
\remove Accidental_engraver
}
before the simultaneous music expression.
