No he doesn't.  At least, he hasn't raised any new points, nor
anything that we haven't considered.

2.12 should be the last time there's major syntax changes.

If you want stability, use 2.10.  If you can handle unstability,
use 2.11.

Furtherful, all the stable releases remain available indefinitely.
People engaged on major projects do not need to upgrade immediately
after a new stable release is announced. They can phase in the new release as and when it is convenient to them and after all necessary
coordination and planning has been done.
