Also, for the people that have (mis-)used \center-align for a single markup, they won't even notice the change, since it produces the same output in that case, even though they will have an unnecessary pair of curly braces in their code after the change. (See for example the last example of http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.10/Documentation/user/lilypond/New-dynamic-marks#New-dynamic-marks
for such an example. This has already been corrected in GDP).
