Very nice! A couple of comments: first (I guess you know this) the bracketed (3+3+2) etc. markup should surely not affect the horizontal music spacing as it does. Is there anything that can be done? Second, from the point of view of documentation/snippets, it would be good to have one snippet displaying multiple different ways of viewing compound time signatures or beat divisions, everything from the form in this example, (3+2) 5 8 ... which is more of an indicator of beat divisions than a compound time signature per se, to 3 + 2 8 ... which I would view as a stronger version of the above, to 3 + 2 8 8 ... and possibly some of the more smartarse time signatures which mix compoundness with odd rhythmic values (as in Boulez; I'll try to dig up the exact example). _______________________________________________ lilypond-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-user
