I have checked and rechecked the measures in the .ly file and there
are no errors in the notes timing within the measures. Anywhere
near the above indicated line numbers or anywhere in the entire piece.
Are you using explicit | bar checks and are you in 2/4 or any other
non 4/4, 2/2 time signature? That could be it.
