What you want is the \tweak command to adjust individual stuff inside a
chord. Here's an example I copied from one of my own scores for a chord
<g a b>:
<g-\tweak #'extra-offset #'(-2.2 . -1.1)-4 a-1 b-\tweak #'extra-offset
#'(-0.0 . -1.5)-0>1
