I don't know how to disable these warnings, but there are a couple other options which would yield the same result without warnings: - Separate the pedals from the music. This would be similar to how the "Piano template with centered dynamics" snippet works: <http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/input/lsr/lilypond-snippets/Expressive-marks> - Write a music function to remove pedal markings. Remove them just for the pdf output and not for the midi.
