No, it doesn't.
But the quotes before the .tely look funny. Perhaps they should be after
it.
Maybe lilypond-book has problems with that.
Lilypond has not:
lilypond.exe "I:\Notensatz\Bremen2009-05\dir 1\Danket dem Herrn".ly
works.
