I can't see any dutch download site at all; the only languages on that page are: German Spanish French Japanese (no 2.13 links) Hungarian This is also true of the site built from git, so it's not a webserver issue. Anybody involved in the translations could investigate (the translation infrastructure is too complicated for me), or we could just wait until the next version of the webpages (where things should be simpler).
