Greetings - I'm running ly 2.12.2 under Linux Ubuntu (Jaunty Jackalope).
Back in early September, there was a thread <New user question - relative bowing and fingering marks>, and it seemed like perhaps there would be a change in the default so that upbow and downbow marks would be placed above fingering marks.
