I hope this can be fixed by the developers.
The problem seems related to \easyHeadsOn and accidentals. Remove
\easyHeadsOn and there are no collisions. You can demonstrate the
problem with:
\version "2.13.7"

\easyHeadsOn
c d ees fis
}
