Pseudocode:
\new Voice \myMelody
\new Lyrics \myEnglishLyrics
\new Lyrics \with { \override LyricText #'font-family ... } \myChineseLyrics
You just need to search the docs/LSR/etc. for instructions/examples on setting
the font-family.
