Your .ly file is really odd.
1. Why do you use multiple \header blocks instead of one \header
containing all your variables (title, composer, ...)?
2. The problem is due to the fact that you are using multiple
"top-level" \header .
I suggest you tu use either several \bookpart (but this will implies
page breaks), either to use only \header _within the \score block_ with
print-all-headers = ##t , so no top-level \header block.
