For cross-staff glissando, see section 1.3.3, Lines, in the selected
snippets, " Creating cross-staff arpeggios in a piano staff "
For cross-staf slurs, since the slur has to be attached to a single
voice, it's done the same as any slur, only the voice changes staves.
If you want to create a very customized slur, an example is at:
