this might be a stupid question, but I only just started using lilypond and I
can't figure it out:
For a piece in 2/4 I want to subdivide the normal beams to 8th notes.
Here's what I've written:

The beams aren't subdivided in my output, but divided by 8th notes.I think I
followed the instructions from the manual correctly, but the subdivision just
doesn't work, where's my mistake?
I also didn't manage to find the file scm/music-functions.scm, where can I find
that?
