sed chokes on UTF-8
\s at the end is from the wrong regex syntax (PCRE, I guess)
This works:
sed -n -e 's/^[[:blank:]]*title[[:blank:]=]*\"\(.*\)\"[[:blank:]]*$/
InfoValue: \1/p'
