Since I've got no answer, I wasn't probably precise enough. Normally,
tuplet brackets and numbers are positioned outside of the five lines
of a staff. However, I want to make lilypond handle them as if they
are similar to, say, slurs which get positioned within the five lilnes
of a staff.
