The following snippet:

> \layout {
> \context { \Voice \consists "Ambitus_engraver" }
> }
> }
generates the following in the log file:
> Preprocessing graphical objects...
> programming error: Infinity or NaN encountered
> Finding the ideal number of pages...
The programming error does not occur if either of the following steps are taken:
* comment out the Ambitus_engraver command
* leave the Ambitus_engraver command in, but change the c4 to cis4 in the
definition of the variable T.
