You have an "unwanted extra space" added at the end of the line before

Use
\once \set Staff.explicitKeySignatureVisibility = #end-of-line-invisible
just after you \new Staff {
within your tempoPrimo = {

Other comments/suggestions:
1. Why did you use e4(--^\markup{\bold\huge Agitato}
instead of
agitatoTempo = \tempo \markup \bold\huge "Agitatto" 4 = 78 ?
(the metronome indication (note = value) is not printed thanks to your
\set Score.tempoHideNote = ##t )
2. It is strange to use << { } \\ \new Staff { } >> .
The << \\ >> is intended for voices only, AFAIK.
So I suggest removing these "\\".
