The mistake is in bar 1 actually. You have nine 8th in this measure instead of eight. I suppose it should be like in bar 5, so gis8 instead of gis4 : b8. gis8. gis8( gis2) Then everything should be fine. It is recommended to input your "ly" text file with one measure per line, and you can use more barchecks '|' .
