Hi,

IIRC in some previous version of the doc it was recommended to use

  \new CueVoice \with {
    instrumentCueName = "quoted instrument name"
  }

in order to print the name of the quoted instrument (shown in small
notes).

Now I see (version 2.14/2.15 of the doc, NR 1.6.3 Writing parts >
Formatting cue notes) you are using a zero-duration invisible rest,
on which you attach a tiny markup : s1*0^\markup { \tiny "flute" } .

Does that mean InstrumentSwitch and instrumentCueName should not be
used anymore?
Additional question: where could I find the font-size setting of
InstrumentSwitch? It is obviously smaller than normal markups but I
cannot find its default value in the Internals Reference of
InstrumentSwitch.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Xavier
