Look at the section name and do
$ git grep "Normal maintenance"
Documentation/contributor/release-work.itexi:@item @strong{Normal maintenance}:
Documentation/contributor/website-work.itexi:@subheading Normal maintenance
The latter contains the sectioning command and that is the file which
contains what you look for.
