Hi,
I made some small improvements and bugfixes in my python versions of
"Mozart's Musikalisches Würfelspiel" for Lilypond and ABC.
Lilypond users: Use stable version 2.14.2 or wait for 2.15.30. DiceWaltz
1.04 now uses articulate.ly to execute trills. This gives more
elegant and compact python and lilypond code, but unfortunately does not
work with development version 2.15.29. Hopefully fixed in 2.15.30

but the file has been drastically reduced because it does not include the
4MB PDF file with the scanned Simrock edition anymore. A link to this
file can be found in the README and HISTORY files.
