Hello all,

for a very different purpose, here is my approach.

What I wanted is to link from a printed score to an electronic version
of it (in PDF) or to the document metadata, or to the source lilypond
file, etc. QR codes are a solution.

You can print this document and test reading the codes with an
appropriate smartphone app.

  http://lilypond.es/lilypond/lilypond-qrcodes.pdf

where all links lead to our web.

With good light conditions and if you find an adequate distance, you
should be able to read all codes, in any size, instantly, _except_
those in row 3 which have the logo embedded in low
error-recovery-level QR codes.

sources are in http://lilypond.es/lilypond/qrcodes.tar.gz
