Hallo,

I have used Lilypond 2.13 for setting a score that has a "D.S. al Coda"
structure. Using this snippet:

http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/input/lsr/lilypond-snippets/Repeats
section "Positioning segno and coda (with line break)"

the printed version now looks beautiful after some tweaking (the snippet is now
hidden away in some include file).

However, I would also like the "D.S. al Coda" structure reflected in the MIDI
output - I could do this by setting up a parallel layout with suitable blocks
and \repeat statements - but having a separate version just for MIDI output
seems unelegant (and bad practice, as I use the MIDI output to find mistakes in
the arrangement).

Is there a better way to achieve a "D.S. al Coda" layout in print that also
works for MIDI output?

Many thanks in advance.
Warm regards,
 Stefan
