Some (but not all) entries from the \header block are pushed as PDF properties,
and either appear in the "Description", or in the "Custom" fields tab of the
PDF document "Properties" dialog box:
* title
* composer (shown in the "Author" field, as well as in a custom
"Composer" field).
* keywords
* arranger (custom)
* subtitle (custom)
* poet (custom)
* copyright (custom)
Is there a way to add an arbitrary header field and have LilyPond add it to the
list of 'custom' properties for the PDF?
