Probably the ideal solution would be to have whole and half rests one
line lower and all other rests centered between the two lines in the
middle.
Not a recommendation, but that's how Sibelius does it. Can't find any
other examples at all.
How would this have looked in 2.15.42?
Here's sample images from 17.15, 15.30 and 14.2. All look wrong, in
different ways.
