A piece begins with an anacrusis – see attached file “without.ly.” When
the “g” is notated as an appoggiatura to the “f” – see attached file
“with.ly” – some dreck appears.
Both hands don't have the same duration since one of them (RH) begins
before in order to give a grace note.
Just have a \grace s16 in the left hand.
