The GHB or Great Highland Bagpipe, is tuned in A mixolydian, often considerably higher than the standard pitch, up towards A = 480 Hz. The manual [1], "Bagpipes", 2.6.2, calls it D major, and omits the "Great" in the name of the bagpipe. Cf. [2], and net-searches on "GHB mixolydian".
