The attached snippet is from http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Snippet?id=445. It was copied ("select all," "copy") into Frescobaldi 2.0.11 using Lilypond 2.16.2. The octaves do not appear. What adjustment must be done? Thank you. Mark
