If I had to take a guess, we are either talking about <URL:http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/contributor/specific-gliss-issues> or <URL:http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/changes/> If the former, it is a brainstorming.
