You need to specify another number-pair-list for the second broken bit.
 So, for example:

 pushTieDown = \shape #'(
                        ((0 . -1.0) (0 . -1.2) (0 . -1.2) (0 . -1.0))
                        ((0 . -1.0) (0 . -1.2) (0 . -1.2) (0 . -1.0))
                        ) Tie
