}

Something I do when I'm not sure what I'm looking for and I want to
search all the documentation is i go to Google.com and enter:

site:lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/ [search key]

Where [search key] in this case would be "chords".  That way you don't
have to guess where in the documentation the item is.
