The snippet http://lsr.di.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=750 for changing the markup used for chord names makes use of Scheme procedures like define-line-markup, define-small-markup ... But these do not appear to be defined in the source files define-markup-commands.scm or markup.scm, and do not seem to appear anywhere in the documentation. Can anyone point me to the source for these?
