Hi all,
I can not reproduce the attached Sample1.png.
The best result I obtained is the attached MySample1.png with the
following code:

but text "(both trill)" is not aligned with the trill symbol and "Half
8va(opt.)" font is bigger than the others. I tried some ways, but I don't
understand where is my mistake.
Please, can anyone help me?
