Hey Alice, If you are not set on using LilyPond, Guido is made exactly for this sort of thing. guido.grame.fr With API calls available to recuperate the placement of objects. Otherwise, if you want to use LilyPond, I have a project with a couple other people in the works to make this possible, but it will take a bit of time. Cheers, ~Mike
