Move the \markup to the end of the header like this and it should work:

title = "Lake Norman Pipe Band"
subtitle = "March collection"
copyright = \markup {
\line {"Compiled by John S. McWilliam,"
\concat { "(rev. " \date ")" }}}
\markup {\epsfile #0 #20 #"Logo_LNBP.eps"}
}
Then you can adjust the size and position as needed.
