The following piece prints the piece = „Gloria“ for the whole work and not only
for the second part. How to change that?

I finished the Messe in C by Bruckner. But now I would like to put the
individual pieces into a book. Is there an example in the manuals how to do
that?

I would start with searching the word "book" in the index of Notation Reference
