Your tweak command is applied to the note g.
{ \tweak font-size #6 g-- }
will change the notehead's font size.
But you specifically tweaked Script,
so the notehead size stays unaffected.
To apply the \tweak to the tenuto item,
place it after the note item:
{ g-\tweak font-size #6 -- }
