Thanks, Keith. I should probably have worked that out myself, but a)
wood/trees and b) thought there would be some sort of staff-priority-thingy
which I was not aware of.
As it is, this fix is easily integrated into my NoteWorthy->LilyPond
converter, so I can now do this automagically.
