OK, I just found a reply. Ofcourse, this was note to fill bar in 3/4.Do You know, I am blind person and in one software It was used, but It is a mistake in this software ( I don't should say name of It).
So, this is half dotted note, for example c2. . Thank You, Marco Oros.
