yes and yes.

i know you or dani objected to including the firewall warning in the adsl 
howto (i.e., "you may not have a DNS since your firewall is blocking it"), 
but since a default "maximal security" configuration in RH brings you to 
this state, I think those points are vital in a newbie lecture.

i personally don't know many people with ISDN, so i think this might bore 
a large part of the listeners. keeping the slides there for future 
reference and skipping them ("if you have isdn, please read those 
slides at home..") while lecturing could be a good idea.
