A good design has static pages and server-side generated ones only when
needed. At least that is the case for a site the scope of Sys-Call-Track.
If the entire site is very dynamic and changes often, then it makes sense
to serve it entirely on a server-side scripting scheme. But for most
normal sites, it is a good idea to have static HTML pages. It's much
faster and more secure.

He who re-invents the wheel, understands much better how a wheel works.
