To be on the safe side, this build still uses gcc 11.07, it just updates the remaining tools and build process, enables OpenMP support and TLS, etc. The next step is updating gcc to the toolchain WG's current bzr tip - the primary purpose of this build is to have something to fall back to if we run into problems that can't be solved in time. ttyl bero
