Amit is correct.  The hotplug-dependent cpuidle got merged.

The SMP CPUidle patches have been put on the list and should work
patch into a recent kernel:

However the OMAP4 support seems to be missing:

So this isn't straightforward, but at least it's headed in the right direction.
