Could you try as following:

netcfg                       #confirm if there is the eth0 interface
netcfg eth0 up           #bring the eth0 interface up
netcfg eth0 dhcp        #get dhcp ip for eth0 interface
ifconfig                      #confirm if the eth0 interface has gotten an
ip


I am sorry, I don't know which one is right for you.
But if the above commands also not works for you, maybe you can have a try
 with the images downloaded from https://android-build.linaro.org/.

Or you can report this problem to the
igloocommunity<http://www.igloocommunity.org/download/android/ics/images/2012.03/>,
they also have a mailing list and irc channel.
