I don't use the latest linaro toolchain, so I get no such warnings. The compiler that I used last (for x86 since I'm not at my office) is "gcc (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.4.4-14ubuntu5.1) 4.4.5". Feel free to fix them and send me a patch.
