One of the actions was to make sure that ARM's input was captured for the Platform team, that can be found here - https://wiki.linaro.org/TSC/2011-03-16/Platform. The next meetings will follow pretty much the same format, essentially the team lead reflecting back the TSC's inputs, adding priorities etc. The TSC's inputs are those minuted under the Bangalore meetings. I'll be updating this for the next two Wednesday's meetings and working with the individual technical leads.
